The Month of Births

Dear Abby,
Man alive, you had a birthday party every single weekend in the month of January!  And had to miss a couple because of other birthday parties already scheduled!  Clearly, January is the month of births :)
We had to miss Ronan's birthday party, so the first party of the month's was Jacob's and it was at your favorite place - Pump It Up!!!  You had a ton of fun bouncing around and climbing the wall and impressed everyone with your unique ability to fall and bounce right back!  Happy 5th Birthday Jacob!!

Next up was 'big' Chloe's!  Chloe was turning 7 and she had her party at the skating rink.  This was our first time for a birthday party here and you loved it.  I'm pretty sure it's on your to-do list for birthday parties!   Happy Birthday Chloe!!
The next weekend was Eva Belle's birthday party, turning 5, and she had her party and the greatest place ever - Pump It Up!!!  I ran a few errands but Miss Carrie sent me this picture of you!  She said no other girls could do it and only one or 2 of the boys.  You were very proud because you could ring the bell!
 Happy 5th Birthday Eva Belle!
And last, but certainly not least was Clara Lee's 5th Birthday!!!  Now, let me just preface this with the fact that your Aunt Ash-ash changed her mind 200 times on what kind of party to throw for CL.  Finally, just a couple weeks before, she decided on a tea party and the two of us went to town on getting prepared for it.  I think it turned out to be one of the prettiest parties and certainly with the prettiest girls...

Even Ash-ash got into character for this vintage tea party.  She taught all the girls proper etiquette for tea parties and had scrumptious food to munch on along with tea to sip.

It was unusually beautiful outside that day, and while the tea party was so precious, it lasted maybe 10 minutes.  When it's a pretty day, and you have a country girl on your hands, you don't have time for tea parties!!!!
That's right!  All you precious dressed up nicely girls wanted to play outside, with the goats!!
But you know what, you all had such a fun time!!  It really was one of those days where you cannot pass up the opportunity, especially in January!

The family was all supposed to go to Mexican for dinner, but again, what were we thinking.  No one was going anywhere.  We had a VERY last minute/impromptu party for both the adults and kiddos.  Lots of friends came over and we ended up ordering BBQ and having a good ole time all through the evening!!! To say the least, you were exhausted the next day...
Love you and all your sweet friends!
