Gentry Farms - Round 2!

Dear Abigail,
We took our annual trip to Gentry's Farm with the gang, minus the Grugett's, so really it was just the fam, but nonetheless, it was our annual trip to Gentry's farm!  You and Ellie had a soccer game at 11:30  and we decided we'd just grab some lunch, change out of your soccer uniforms and head to the farm.  We ate at Shane's Rib Shack and saw Gracie (from school) and you were super excited!  After getting messing with BBQ, we changed and headed to the farm.  We were a little concerned with the time of our arrival, thinking everyone would be there AND it was the nicest day (a little too warm for me, if I do say so) but we got there and got a parking spot right at the front and there was no line for the traditional photo on the truck!  So far a great start!!!

Comparing this year to last year...

I'm gonna say you grew a bit, huh!  I think it shows you've grown 3 inches, which isn't surprising at all.
We were able to jump on the hay ride without a problem (another shocker!) and everyone enjoyed that! After the hayride, we just let you and Ellie run about because it really wasn't too crowded, considering it was Saturday at 2!

It was WAY too hot for the cute pumpkin outfits I had planned on you two wearing, but when life gives you sunshine, you wear your ghost outfits :)
And what would be a trip to the farm without a few swings on a tire!!!

Hooray for our family trip to Gentry's!  We rounded up the fun with a couple pumpkins to take home and then Daddy grilled out a delicious meal, you girls went to bed, and Mommy got to finally watch a Tennessee football game on her own (i.e. without kiddos!).  Shhhh, don't tell anyone but I'm pretty sure I fell asleep before half time!
I love some fall and you love some Gentry's Farm.  They may start calling it Abby's Farm as much as you are going this year!  Loves you!
